Yesterday, I celebrated St. Lucia Day with my coworkers. They feasted on Lucia buns, Danish Puffs, Mounds Bars, Frosted Peanut Butter Bars and fruited nut bark. Everyone got their fill!

So you made bars after all. I'm sure they didn't last long. Did you leave some at home for Phil?
I left enough to cover us for Christmas and then some! Tomorrow, I'll be making Swedish rye bread to add to the freezer.
