Today I had lunch with Sadie and Sharon. We went to a small mexican restaurant that has great food. For years, a group of us at work would go to the family restaurant. When the company that I work for moved 10 years ago, it was a little to far to go there for lunch anymore. We were really bummed. Then a few years back, Robert- his son, opened his own place right down the street. Same great food! We all get the same dish every time- bean burro, enchilada style w/green sauce and iced tea in "to go" cups! Sharon, I still work with her(in fact, I hired her 15 yrs ago, and she has since moved up quite nicely on her own!) and Sadie (who I started working with in the mid eighty's and has since been retired for 6 years) get together for lunch periodically.

Does Robert still remember you? Nice that you gals have kept up your friendship so many years. Seems like it always involves a party or food!!!!
It does, doesn't it! I think that I got that from my mom!!!
